1. Service and scope
Frame is a web SaaS service with self-service contracting for certain plans. European and Spanish accessibility rules cover certain e-commerce services supplied to consumers, but final applicability to Frame depends on the B2B/B2C model, provider entity, any microenterprise status, launch markets and the features actually offered.
The general application date used by this readiness assessment is 2025-06-28. Final classification remains subject to legal and operational validation.
2. Technical approach
Frame maintains engineering controls related to semantics, keyboard navigation, reduced motion, contrast and project/export auditing. These controls help detect issues, but no individual scanner or gate by itself proves comprehensive service conformance.
3. WCAG and EN 301 549
WCAG 2.2 Level AA and EN 301 549 are treated as technical references when relevant. Frame does not publish a conformance claim against those standards without a dated assessment, representative coverage, manual review and documented applicable limitations or exceptions.
4. Exported code and sites
The customer controls the content, modifications and final deployment of exported code. Frame audits may flag known issues, but they do not guarantee that a customer-modified or deployed site complies with a particular standard or law. The real output must be reviewed before production.
5. Barriers and assistance
You can report an accessibility barrier or request information about accessible use of the service through support@balla.es. Where accessibility law applies, operational channels, information in required formats, staff training and evidence for authorities must be validated against the real production operation.
6. Status of this information
This page describes controls and boundaries verifiable from the product. It does not replace a legal applicability assessment or a production-service conformance audit. Any conformance claim requires separate, current evidence.
