1. Service provider
Frame Web Builder (Frame) · tax identifier: Not applicable · address: Madrid, Spain.
Registration details: Not applicable. Contact: support@balla.es. Declared primary jurisdiction: Spain.
2. Scope and acceptance
Frame is a visual web-interface/project builder that allows users to configure, edit, preview, collaborate on and export code and resources. By creating an account, accepting these terms or using the service, the user agrees to be bound by them. If acting for a company or organization, the user represents that they have authority to bind it.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must have legal capacity to accept these terms on your own behalf or have any valid authorization that is required. Frame does not state a universal numeric minimum age here because that requirement depends on the applicable market and legal context.
- You must provide reasonably accurate information and protect your credentials and authentication methods.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account except unauthorized use reported without unreasonable delay.
- Workspace owners/admins are responsible for managing members, roles, permissions and content in their workspaces.
- You must not share access in a way that circumvents account limits, security controls or contractual restrictions.
4. User content
Users retain the rights they hold in projects, text, images, files, data and other content submitted to the service. Users grant the provider only the technical rights needed to host, copy, transform, transmit and process that content to provide, secure and maintain the service and execute user instructions.
Users represent that they have the rights, permissions or legal bases needed for submitted content and that its use does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
5. Processing customer personal data
Where a customer places personal data in projects or resources and determines the essential purposes and means of processing, the customer acts as controller and Frame as processor to the extent provided by applicable law. This section forms a binding part of the Terms for as long as Frame processes that data on the customer's behalf.
- Subject matter, duration, nature and purpose: hosting, organizing, retrieving, displaying, transmitting, backing up, securing and exporting project content to provide requested features during the service term and any limited deletion, backup or legally required retention periods.
- Data and data subjects: personal data the customer chooses to place in content—for example identifiers, contact details, content, images, metadata or form data—relating to the customer's users, team members, visitors, end customers or other people lawfully included by the customer. A category of data the service is not designed to process must not be added without first assessing its necessity, legal basis and any additional safeguards.
- Instructions and confidentiality: Frame will process that data only under the customer's lawful documented instructions and to provide the service, unless applicable law requires otherwise; if an instruction appears to violate data-protection law, Frame may suspend it and request clarification. Access is limited to authorized personnel subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Security and incidents: Frame will maintain technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk and provide reasonable assistance so the customer can meet security, assessment and breach-notification obligations, taking into account the nature of processing and the information available.
- Subprocessors and transfers: the customer gives general authorization for providers needed for hosting, authentication, databases, storage, communications, payments, support or monitoring, provided they are bound by materially equivalent data-protection obligations for the entrusted processing. International transfers will use a valid transfer mechanism where required. Current information on recipient categories and safeguards is maintained in the Privacy Policy and contractual information made available to the customer.
- Rights and cooperation: Frame will provide reasonable assistance, through available features and processes, with data-subject requests, regulatory consultations and assessments relevant to the entrusted processing. If Frame directly receives a request concerning data controlled solely by the customer, it may refer the request to the customer unless law requires otherwise.
- End of processing and evidence: when the service ends, data will be deleted or returned in accordance with instructions, available features and applicable legal obligations, taking limited backup cycles into account. Frame will make information reasonably necessary to demonstrate these obligations available and cooperate with reasonable audits where required by law, subject to measures protecting security, trade secrets and other customers' data.
The customer remains responsible for a valid purpose and legal basis, required notices, appropriate service configuration and responding to affected individuals for decisions that belong to the customer as controller.
5a. Incorporated DPA
When Frame acts as processor, the Data Processing Addendum version 2026-09-16.1 with hash 69757e5037442232a58aa921bbd31da84c24a8aa677cdb6868500bbc95446151 is incorporated into these Terms. The current provider register is available at Subprocessors.
6. Exported code and third-party components
Exported code is provided so users can review, modify and deploy it outside Frame. Before production deployment, users must review security, accessibility, configuration, secrets, dependencies, licenses and compliance applicable to their use case. Frame readiness indicators help identify known issues but do not replace engineering, security or legal review of the final deployment.
Third-party libraries, fonts, icons, images, templates or other materials remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Use of the service does not grant additional rights to them.
6a. Accessibility
Frame treats accessibility as a product and checkout requirement. Where accessibility law applies to the service, identification, security and payment functions provided as part of the service must remain perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. You can review the accessibility information and report barriers through support@balla.es. The precise applicability of obligations or exemptions depends on the provider entity, service and market at launch.
7. Acceptable use
Frame may not be used to violate law or third-party rights; introduce malware; attempt unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, systems or data; bypass authentication, authorization, usage or billing controls; perform abusive scraping/automation that degrades the service; exploit vulnerabilities outside authorized research; impersonate others; distribute unlawful content; or facilitate fraud, abuse or cyberattacks. The provider may limit or suspend activity where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties or the platform.
7a. AI-assisted translation
Frame's AI feature is intended only for editorial localization/translation. On paid plans it uses the workspace's own OpenAI account and key (BYOK); Frame does not include AI credits or fall back to a Frame-funded provider key. When invoked, selected source strings, locale codes and the minimal editorial context described in the interface are sent to the provider.
Output is identified as AI-generated inside the editorial workflow and must be reviewed before publication. The feature is not designed or authorized to make or recommend decisions about employment, education, access to essential services, eligibility, ranking, biometrics, justice, migration or other high-risk determinations. Any material expansion of purpose or automation requires a separate prior assessment and, where applicable, updated contractual and transparency information.
8. Content notices, review and removal
If you believe a shared preview infringes rights, contains unlawful material or violates these terms, you can submit a notice through the copyright and abuse reporting form. The notice should identify the precise electronic location of the resource, explain the basis with sufficient reasoning, provide required contact details and confirm in good faith that the information supplied is accurate and complete. Submission does not automatically result in removal.
The provider may review, restrict, unpublish or remove content and suspend accounts where there is a sufficient contractual or legal basis, seeking to act diligently, non-arbitrarily, objectively and proportionately according to the nature and urgency of the notice. Where DSA hosting obligations apply, Frame will acknowledge receipt of the notice and communicate restrictions to the affected user through a clear and specific statement of reasons containing the legally required information and available redress. Where appropriate and legally possible, the affected user may request review and provide additional information. Moderation processes may include automated detection tools, but sensitive decisions in this workflow require operational review.
9. Frame intellectual property
Frame software, branding, interface, documentation and other proprietary elements belong to the provider or its licensors. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms while their account is active, without affecting rights in their own content and exported code.
10. Plans, pricing, taxes and cancellation
Starter and Pro have a worldwide product-level offer for both individual/consumer and business/professional purchasers, with no product-level geographic exclusions defined by default. Before checkout opens, the purchaser must explicitly declare whether they are contracting as a consumer—for purposes outside their trade, business or profession—or as a business/professional. Frame does not infer that status from email, tax details, workspace name or other indirect signals. A purchaser acting for a company or organization represents that they have sufficient authority to contract in that capacity.
Price, billing period, limits and applicable conditions are shown before purchase. Taxes apply where legally required and Stripe shows the configured final total before payment is confirmed. Cancellation prevents future renewals according to the conditions shown at purchase without affecting already accrued charges unless applicable law provides otherwise. Worldwide product scope does not override mandatory legal or provider restrictions that cannot lawfully be avoided, and mandatory consumer withdrawal, refund and warranty rights prevail over incompatible terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected where applicable.
11. Availability, changes and experimental features
The service may change to fix errors or improve security, performance or functionality. Maintenance and incidents may cause interruptions. Features identified as beta, preview or experimental may change or be withdrawn and should not be treated as suitable for critical use without additional validation. Material contractual changes will be notified with reasonable advance notice where required.
12. Suspension and termination
Users may stop using the service and request available account-closing actions. The provider may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, fraud, non-payment where applicable, legal requirement or harmful use. Where reasonable and legally possible, notice and an opportunity to cure will be provided. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
Suspension or termination does not by itself mean immediate data deletion or erase already accrued charges. Export, cancellation, deletion and retention follow the available product features, the billing section, the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the DPA. An urgent security restriction or legal requirement may temporarily limit access. Review routes for content decisions apply only where relevant under section 8 and applicable law; these terms do not promise a general appeal system for every suspension.
13. Warranties and liability
Frame is provided with the level of care required by applicable law. Except for mandatory warranties, the service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every specific user requirement, particularly exported code that the user controls and deploys independently.
Any exclusion or limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
13a. GitHub and Vercel integrations
If a user connects external accounts, the user authorizes Frame to perform only the actions needed for the requested feature within the permissions granted at the provider. The user must have sufficient authority over the selected repository, organization, account or team and remains responsible for costs, limits and terms imposed by GitHub, Vercel or other external providers.
GitHub → Vercel publishing synchronizes the selected branch with the export generated by Frame. Files in that branch that are not part of the export may be removed during synchronization, so a dedicated repository or branch is recommended. Users must review the destination before publishing. Frame does not guarantee the availability, compatibility or continuity of external services, and disconnecting in Frame does not replace any revocation the user may wish to perform directly with the provider.
13b. Collaboration and simultaneous editing
Owners may invite other people with Viewer or Editor permissions limited to a project. The owner is responsible for granting and revoking appropriate access and for not sharing projects with unauthorized people. Simultaneous editing is a paid feature and may be suspended when the plan or billing state no longer permits it; single-editor mode uses an exclusive lock to prevent concurrent writes.
In simultaneous mode, concurrent changes are merged through a CRDT. This technical conflict resolution guarantees state convergence but does not replace human coordination: two editors can make semantically incompatible changes even while the document remains valid. Frame keeps checkpoints/versions and allows the room to be reset from the last durable state for operational recovery.
14. Privacy, cookies and communications
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and cookie/browser-storage use in the Cookie Policy. Operational communications needed for security, account or service purposes may be sent without a marketing purpose; optional communications remain subject to the applicable legal basis and controls.
15. Governing law, consumers and disputes
These terms are interpreted under Spain, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their residence or venues that cannot be contractually excluded. Before bringing a claim, you may contact support@balla.es.
16. Contact and changes
For contractual or service questions: support@balla.es. The published version and date replace prior versions from their effective date; where a material change requires renewed acceptance, the service will request it before continued use.
